Returns Policy
We want you to love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. Please read our returns policy carefully before initiating a return or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of the customer receiving the item.
Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original packaging.
Earrings are non-returnable and non-exchangeable for hygiene reasons.
Rings may be exchanged for an alternative size, subject to availability.
Change of Mind or Sizing Issues
If you change your mind or there is an issue with sizing (excluding earrings), you may return the item for store credit only. Refunds are not provided for change-of-mind returns.
Return Shipping Costs
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
